Meet Dr. Spencer Freeman

Dr. Freeman chose to become a chiropractor because of his passion for helping people. He embraced chiropractic care because he wanted to focus on pain prevention with a holisitic approach.

After graduating from Kalamazoo College with a biology degree, he attended the University of Western States in Oregon, the second oldest chiropractic university in the world. Dr. Freeman was a licensed chiropractor in Oregon for three years before moving to Ithaca.

In his practice, Dr. Freeman believes strongly in manual therapy and its ability to help patients avoid relying on medication and surgical intervention. He emphasizes a well-rounded approach to chiropractic care that includes soft tissue massage, therapeutic exercise and lifestyle changes to help patients feel their best.

Dr. Freeman and his wife Rosie, who is completing her massage therapy license, relocated to Ithaca in 2024 to be closer to their families. They are excited to call Ithaca their new home, and have enjoyed exploring the outdoors and hiking in the Finger Lakes.

Dr. Freeman is a member of the Business Networking International Summit Chapter in Ithaca, where he has shared his passion for health and wellness with the local business community.
